Singer Kcee Accuses Harrysong for Forging His Signature to Defraud Clients

CURRENT REPORT BLOG In a recent twist to the ongoing saga between well-known Nigerian artist and music industry entrepreneur Kcee and his former signee Harrysong, the controversy has taken a legal turn. Kcee has accused Harrysong of resorting to forgery, alleging that the former collaborator faked signatures to unlawfully obtain money from clients. This revelation follows years of tension, during which Harrysong accused the Five Star Records label, owned by Kcee and his brother E-money, of withholding his royalties.

Kcee contends that Harrysong, despite having an active five-year contract with Five Star Records, engaged in the criminal act of forging signatures. According to Kcee, both his and his brother’s signatures were allegedly falsified by Harrysong, and this matter is currently the subject of a pending legal case.

In response to the allegations, Kcee emphasized that Harrysong’s five-year contract with Five Star Records is still in effect. However, the serious criminal charges related to signature forgery are now at the forefront of the legal battle. Kcee has not only defended the integrity of the record label but has also vowed to pursue the legal route to address what he perceives as a breach of trust and financial misconduct, any similar arises from Harrysong.

“For me Harrysong has a five year contract with 5 star records, and is still running as we speak. But he has a criminal case of forging my signature and my brother’s signature that’s still pending.” Kcee said.
