CURRENT REPORT BLOG In a devastating turn of events, the United States authorities have revealed preliminary findings pointing towards wintry weather conditions as the likely cause of the helicopter crash that tragically claimed the lives of Herbert Wigwe, Group Chief Executive Officer of Access Holding Plc, his wife, son, and several others.

During a solemn media briefing held early Saturday, National Transportation Safety Board member Michael Graham addressed the press, shedding light on the initial assessments surrounding the fatal crash. Graham stated that investigators were swiftly dispatched to the crash site to collect crucial perishable evidence, striving to piece together the sequence of events leading to the catastrophic incident.

“Witness reports of the weather conditions during the accident suggest rain and a wintry mix.

“The helicopter was not equipped with a cockpit voice recorder or a flight data recorder. This helicopter was not required to be equipped with those types of recording devices,” Graham said.
