CURRENT REPORTS BLOG: The hearing in the petition filed by the Labour Party presidential candidate, Peter Obi, at the Presidential Election Petition Court has been adjourned. This was due to the absence of three witnesses from the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), resulting in INEC’s inability to present its defense. The court has rescheduled the hearing to Tuesday, July 4, 2023.
