CurrentReport Blog Manchester City midfielder Bernardo Silva has voiced his frustration following the team’s 2-1 loss to Manchester United on Sunday. Silva criticized his teammates, accusing them of playing like “under-15s” during the intense Premier League clash.

Goals from Bruno Fernandes and Amad Diallo secured the win for Manchester United, handing the Premier League champions a rare home defeat. Despite dominating portions of the game, City’s mistakes proved costly.

Silva Slams “Stupid Decisions”

Speaking after the match, Silva expressed disappointment at City’s decision-making in critical moments, highlighting an incident late in the game that led to their downfall.

“We’re playing like under-15s at the moment,” Silva said. “I don’t know what happened at the end. I think we played a very good game, and football at this level is about doing the little things properly.

“87th minute corner for your team, and the ball ends up with your keeper for a penalty. You cannot make these stupid decisions. You pay the price.”

United’s Decisive Victory

Bruno Fernandes opened the scoring for Manchester United before Amad Diallo doubled the lead. While City managed to pull one back, the Red Devils held firm to claim all three points in the heated Manchester derby.

The defeat raises questions about City’s recent form as they look to defend their Premier League crown.
