THE NIGERIA JUDICIARY .
Mr. Udom Ukpo Udom won the APC senate primary election of 2022 which Akpabio did not participate because he was for the presidential primary election . He wanted to become president .
Akpabio stepped down for Tinubu in that Presidential primary election .
Akpabio was used to replace Mr Udom Uko Udom who won the senatorial primary election , totally against the INEC rule .
The Appeal Court rejected Akpabio and gave it back to the rightful candidate according to INEC rule, Mr. Udom Ukpo Udom.
Then in November 2022, the Supreme Court Judge that gave the notorious judgement in Imo State , the 4th becomes the winner of the Governorship election , upturned the verdict of the Appeal Court and proclaimed that the candidate who did not participate in that senatorial primary election was the one that won the said election .
In a matter of thanking the judge for jobs well done , that same judge now becomes the Chief Justice of Nigeria presently .
To continue in the same direction of injustice , the decamped RSHA members who have already sworn an oath in court for their decamping to APC , the Supreme Court now said “no , you guys did not decamp , you are still in PDP and still retain your seats at RSHA”.
What happened to the Affidavit that they made ? E-shock you, abi ?
Sunday Jackson is the Adamawa farmer that the same Supreme Court upheld the death sentence for overpowering the herdsman that wanted to kill him in his farm and later killed the herdsman. The self defense clause , they did not see it , manslaughter sentence , they did not see also, but death sentence for killing the killer .
In all the killings by herdsmen , how many of them have been sentenced , even if it is manslaughter ?
