According to Bayern Munich legend Dietmar Hamann, there are suggestions that Thomas Tuchel, who recently took over as the club’s manager, might quit the position after only two months. The team’s celebration of their 11th consecutive Bundesliga title victory on Saturday was marred by the subsequent dismissals of chief executive Kahn and sporting director Salihamidzic just a few hours later. The developments have raised speculation about the stability and future direction of the club under Tuchel’s leadership.

Former Bayern Munich and Liverpool midfielder Dietmar Hamann has expressed his belief that Thomas Tuchel, who was appointed as the club’s coach in late March, could also choose to walk away from the position. Hamann, speaking on German TV, criticized the club’s treatment of individuals and raised questions about the desirability of working for such an organization. He suggested that Tuchel might leave the club voluntarily due to the circumstances. Another pundit, Erik Meijer, added that he believed Tuchel would have left the club by Monday.

Bayern Munich secured another Bundesliga title in a thrilling final matchday, edging out rivals Borussia Dortmund on goal difference. Jamal Musiala’s 89th-minute winner against Cologne proved decisive as Dortmund could only manage a 2-2 draw against Mainz.

During Bayern’s title celebration at Munich’s Marienplatz, Tuchel addressed the situation, expressing his desire for things to calm down and for the focus to be on football. He emphasized the need for improvement in various aspects of the game, unity within the team, and protection against external influences and opinions.

Tuchel’s comments highlighted the importance of fostering a sense of togetherness and creating a supportive environment to maximize the players’ performance.
