Manager Gasperini, speaking to Gazzetta dello Sport, credited Lookman’s achievements not only to his dedication but also to the cohesive support of his teammates.
“He knows he wouldn’t be here without De Roon, Ederson, Djimsiti, and the entire squad supporting him,” said Gasperini. “It’s not guaranteed he would have achieved the same result if he were playing for a different team.”
