CurrentReport Blog Nigerian singer African China has joined the ongoing 30 Days Rant Challenge, using his platform to voice his concerns over Nigeria’s current economic situation under President Bola Tinubu’s administration.

In a viral video posted on social media, African China performed his latest single, Photocopy, while expressing his frustration with the government’s failure to ease the suffering of Nigerian citizens. The Ajegunle-born singer did not hold back, giving Tinubu’s government a harsh score of F9 for what he described as a “terrible and corrupt” administration.

Wearing a National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) uniform in solidarity with Ushie Rita Uguamaye, a corps member who faced significant backlash for publicly criticizing President Tinubu, African China added his voice to the growing chorus of Nigerians demanding change. Uguamaye’s criticism sparked the viral 30 Days Rant Challenge, where many Nigerians, including celebrities, have shared their personal economic struggles under the current administration.

As the challenge continues, many are using their platforms to speak out about the economic hardships facing the nation.
