He made these remarks during a press briefing in the nation’s capital, Abuja. Atiku insisted that Bola Tinubu, the former All Progressives Congress (APC) candidate, did not meet the qualifications to participate in the February 2023 presidential election. He accused the Supreme Court and the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) of endorsing illegal actions, including identity theft, impersonation, certificate forgery, and perjury.
