Singer Seun Kuti has surrendered to the police. He, along with his lawyer and a family representative, is currently at the Lagos state police command headquarters. Seun was arrested following the circulation of a viral video showing him assaulting a police officer. The police had visited his house to apprehend him but found him absent. Human rights lawyer Femi Falana confirmed that he is representing Seun and stated that the singer would surrender on Monday. Seun is currently undergoing questioning by the police regarding the incident.
