She is seeking additional compensation through a renewed effort, despite having previously received £275,000 in exchange for her silence. Kathryn Mayorga, who openly revealed her identity when she made the allegations against Ronaldo, asserts that the incident occurred in a Las Vegas hotel room back in 2009, an accusation the Portuguese footballer has consistently denied.
On Wednesday, Ronaldo’s legal team resumed their legal dispute with the woman’s attorneys, who are seeking a substantial increase in payment from the Al-Nassr star. In June 2022, US District Judge Jennifer Dorsey dismissed their previous lawsuit for a larger payout when it was discovered that stolen confidential documents had been used by one of the woman’s lawyers.
