A national election command post has been set up in Washington to monitor potential threats around the clock, and security has been increased at approximately 100,000 polling locations nationwide.
States including Oregon, Washington, and Nevada have activated the National Guard, with over 600 troops on standby across 17 states to ensure voter safety and maintain public confidence in election integrity.
