CurrentReport Blog In a recent episode of the Doyin’s Corner podcast, popular promoter and talent manager, Yusuf Adepitan, widely known as Ijoba Danku, did not hold back in expressing his regrets about his former client, Portable. Describing the controversial singer as immature, Danku revealed that Portable had lied to him from the outset of their professional relationship.
Reflecting on his experiences, Danku disclosed that he had initially sued Portable over undisclosed issues but later chose to drop the lawsuit. This decision came after Portable’s father personally pleaded on his behalf, a gesture that led Danku to reconsider his stance. Despite this act of leniency, Danku remains resolute in his disappointment.
“Portable is still a boy,” Danku stated emphatically during the podcast. “Before Portable came to me, he lied to me. I actually sued him but his father pleaded with me and I accepted to drop the suit. If there is someone I wish I never allowed into my circle, it is Portable.”
