“Someone who is always late. It was Romelu Lukaku when he came,” Mikel disclosed, reminiscing about the Belgian striker’s early days at the club. Despite this, Mikel was quick to praise Lukaku’s character, describing him as a “lovely guy” who took the feedback seriously and worked on his punctuality. “We had a chat and he realized that he needs to get better with time. And then he sorted it out, and he was fine,” Mikel added.
