However, the Ekiti State Government urged people to be hopeful as security has been increased to save them.

Mr. Biodun Oyebanji, the governor of the state, advised the people of the state not to give up.
The governor promised in a statement released on Tuesday that measures are underway to save the kids and their teachers.

Nothing would be spared in the attempts to free them, according to Oyebanji, who also called the kidnapping heinous and unacceptable.

The state’s security authorities are already in pursuit of the kidnappers with the goal of rescuing the students and their teachers.

“Governor Oyebanji stated that security is being increased throughout the state with an aim to flush out the criminal groups from their hideouts.”

He asked the public to collaborate with security forces by providing them with relevant details, while also urging them to maintain their composure and vigilance.
