CurrentReport Blog The National Coordinator of Renewed Hope for a Better Nigeria, Safiya Abdulkareem, has praised President Bola Tinubu and Niger State Governor Mohammed Umar Bago for their high performance in critical sectors of the economy and their dedication to improving the socioeconomic conditions of the Nigerian people.
During a gratitude and prayers programme for the actualization of the Renewed Hope Agenda in Minna, Abdulkareem highlighted the significant strides made under their leadership. She emphasized their pragmatic and visionary approaches, which have led to substantial advancements in infrastructure, agricultural innovation, and human capital development.
“There is no gainsaying that Nigeria and Niger State are fortunate at the moment to have leaders that are pragmatic, visionary, and focused to deliver on their mandates through their deliberate and people-oriented policies and programmes to change the socioeconomic status of the people, especially the youths, since the inception of these administrations,” Abdulkareem stated.
She noted that the transformation seen in both Nigeria and Niger State under their tenure is unprecedented. Their policies have not only fostered economic growth but have also laid the groundwork for sustainable development.
Abdulkareem also called on Nigerians to support President Tinubu and Governor Bago in their ongoing efforts to uplift the nation. She commended Sheyi Tinubu, the Convener of Renewed Hope for Nigeria, for his empathy and generosity, stating that these virtues set him apart.
The event featured special prayer sessions led by Chief Imam of Wasagi, Alhaji Hassan Wasagi, and Evangelist Daniel Habila Diko. Both clerics praised the accomplishments of President Tinubu and Governor Bago, urging Nigerians to avoid unnecessary criticism and instead focus on supporting and praying for their leaders to ensure a brighter future for the country.
Nma Kolo, the Grand Patron and Special Adviser on Political Affairs to the Niger State Governor, represented by Communication Coordinator Emmanuel Makun, also applauded the association’s efforts. He emphasized the importance of continuous prayers for the leaders and the nation to foster development.
