Nedu Demands Retraction, Apology, and N500 Million Compensation

Lawyers representing Nedu and Tokindrumz Picture and Media Ltd issued a pre-action notice to VeryDarkMan, stating that the video contained false, defamatory, and disparaging remarks against their client. They clarified that Nedu is not the owner of Tokindrumz but a talent signed under the brand.

The legal team has demanded the immediate removal of all videos involving Nedu from VeryDarkMan’s platforms within 24 hours of receiving the notice. Additionally, they are requesting a public apology and a N500 million compensation for the alleged damage caused to Nedu’s reputation.

The notice warns that failure to comply will result in legal action.

VeryDarkMan Responds to Legal Threat

Acknowledging the legal notice, VeryDarkMan took to Instagram to inform his followers about the impending court case. In a video, he stated:

“Nedu’s lawyers have served me o, so make una get ready for court case.”

His reaction suggests he is prepared to defend his statements in court, setting the stage for a legal battle between the two public figures.
