According to statements gathered by the News Agency of Nigeria, workers expressed gratitude for ongoing negotiations regarding the minimum wage, believing it to be a step towards improving their livelihoods.

Mrs. Mercy Ephraim, among others, highlighted the significance of the government’s focus on the theme of “People First,” indicating a promising outlook for workers’ welfare.

Emmanuel Ekah, a civil servant, commended both labor unions and workers for their patience amidst economic challenges.
