Wednesday Weather Forecast
On Wednesday morning, thunderstorms are expected to affect parts of Borno, Jigawa, Yobe, Adamawa, Taraba, Kano, Katsina, Zamfara, Kebbi, and Sokoto States. As the day progresses, these thunderstorms are predicted to spread to other areas, including Gombe, Sokoto, Bauchi, Kaduna, Adamawa, Yobe, Taraba, Kebbi, and Borno States.
In the North Central region, light to moderate rains are likely over Plateau and Nasarawa States in the morning, with moderate rains forecasted for the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Niger, Kogi, Plateau, Benue, Kwara, and Nasarawa States later in the day.
For the southern regions, a cloudy atmosphere is expected in the morning, with light rains anticipated over Akwa Ibom and Cross River States. By afternoon and evening, rains are likely to spread to Anambra, Abia, Imo, Enugu, Ebonyi, Delta, Akwa Ibom, Cross River, Rivers, and Bayelsa States.
Thursday Weather Forecast
On Thursday, the morning hours are expected to bring thunderstorms to Adamawa, Taraba, Yobe, and Borno States. As the day unfolds, thunderstorms could extend to Sokoto, Zamfara, Kebbi, Kaduna, Bauchi, Adamawa, Taraba, and Borno States.
In North Central Nigeria, light to moderate rains are projected over the FCT, Niger, Nasarawa, and Plateau States in the morning. Moderate rains are anticipated later in the day across the FCT, Benue, Nasarawa, Kogi, and Plateau States.
Southern Nigeria is expected to remain predominantly cloudy in the morning, with rains likely in Edo, Ekiti, Ebonyi, Osun, Abia, Enugu, Cross River, and Rivers States by afternoon and evening.
Friday Weather Forecast
The forecast for Friday indicates morning thunderstorms over Sokoto, Kebbi, Borno, and Yobe States. Later in the day, these storms are expected to continue in Borno, Adamawa, Bauchi, Gombe, Taraba, and Kaduna States.
In North Central Nigeria, the day is expected to start with cloudy skies, with thunderstorms predicted over the FCT, Niger, Benue, Nasarawa, and Plateau States by afternoon and evening.
In the southern regions, the weather is forecasted to be cloudy in the morning, with rain showers likely in parts of Osun, Oyo, Ebonyi, Enugu, Rivers, Cross River, Akwa Ibom, and Delta States later in the day.
