He remarked, “I’ve seen where he showed somebody an Opay, you know nobody would use Opay as the main account, he showed somebody N500 million the person told me.” This substantial sum, held in a secondary account, indicates the magnitude of Mark Angel’s financial resources.

Igwe continued, “He’s buying properties, he’s buying lands. He’s buying houses.
