Despite leading PSG to their 11th championship in the 2022-23 league campaign, Christophe Galtier has been dismissed from his position before completing a full year at the club. PSG sporting director Luis Campos reportedly informed Galtier of his sacking on Tuesday. Julian Nagelsmann, former Bayern manager, is said to be in talks with the club as a potential replacement.
While former Spain and Barcelona coach Luis Enrique was also considered, Nagelsmann is now the top target, and he is interested in having Thierry Henry as his assistant. There is increasing confidence that an agreement can be reached for Nagelsmann and Henry to join the French champions.
