According to a statement released by SP Suleiman Nguroje, the spokesperson for the State Police Command, residents are urged to remain vigilant as car snatching incidents are on the rise.
The statement, obtained on Saturday morning, highlighted the need for heightened awareness and precautionary measures among the populace.
In response to the escalating situation, the police command has announced plans to intensify patrols and implement stringent checks in the affected areas. While these measures are aimed at curbing criminal activities, they may inadvertently lead to traffic congestion and delays in the affected regions.
