“The Supreme Court Schedules a Date to Decide on Atiku and Obi’s Appeals Against Tinubu”

CURRENT REPORT BLOG The Supreme Court has set Thursday as the date for rendering a decision on the appeals filed by the presidential candidates of the Peoples Democratic Party, Atiku Abubakar, and the Labour Party, Peter Obi. Both candidates are seeking the highest court’s intervention to challenge the ruling made by the presidential election tribunal, which upheld the victory of President Bola Tinubu.

Dr. Festus Akande, the Director of Information at the Supreme Court, has officially confirmed the judgment date during a telephone conversation with Punch on Wednesday, stating, “The judgment for the appeals brought by Atiku and Peter Obi is scheduled for tomorrow, Thursday.”
