Timaya revealed that he has never been drawn to the idea of marriage, citing his desire for freedom and his aversion to stress as primary reasons. While he hasn’t ruled out the possibility of marriage in the future, he remains cautious.
“I’ve never been a married guy right from time, but it can change because marriage ‘dey craze’? I just look at it like if I marry today, would I be able to get out? In all my previous relationships, I was the one who got out because I don’t like stress,” Timaya said.
The singer emphasized the importance of open communication in relationships, saying he values honesty and transparency.
“If you have a problem with me, let’s talk about it because I don’t like going to bed thinking about things. I go die o. I don’t like anything to bother me at all,” he added.
Timaya also spoke about his experience as a father. He explained that while his children live with their respective mothers, they maintain a strong bond. The singer ensures he spends quality time with his children, who often visit him for extended periods.
Despite not being romantically involved with the mothers of his children, Timaya emphasized the importance of maintaining a respectful and harmonious relationship with them.
“Being a father can be stressful, but it’s also enjoyable,” he said.
