CURRENT REPORT BLOG In Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, the highly-anticipated fight between WBC champion Tyson Fury and former UFC heavyweight champion Francis Ngannou, making his professional boxing debut, is set to unfold. This 10-round showdown brings together two dominant heavyweights, and it was revealed that a deal is in place for Fury to face Oleksandr Usyk after the Ngannou bout.

Francis Ngannou, known as ‘The Predator,’ captured the UFC heavyweight championship in March 2021 and defended it successfully. He has now transitioned to the Professional Fighters League, allowing him to venture into boxing. Recent reports from the UK suggest Tyson Fury has secured a £165 million deal for the Ngannou fight and two subsequent clashes with Usyk, with the first expected on December 23. Notably, Tyson Fury’s WBC heavyweight world title won’t be on the line in his bout against Francis Ngannou in Saudi Arabia.
