In a passionate video message shared on his social media, Ushbebe expressed his discomfort with how the music icon is being treated by Osawaru, likening it to a “schoolboy” relationship.
Ushbebe criticized the way Natasha Osawaru allegedly controls 2Face, stating that the singer is being led around by the lawmaker like a child. He suggested that there is more to the relationship than just love, calling for 2Face to free himself from her influence.
“I like minding my business, but on this particular issue, I have to speak up. Which one be all these rubbish na? Which one be all these see finish na? You go dey hold legend’s hand, dey carry am waka like person wey you wan go drop for school. Let’s just call for prayers for the legend!” Ushbebe said in the video. He further urged 2Face to “emancipate yourself” and regain control over his life.
The comedian’s comments come after 2Face’s mother, Rose Idibia, also expressed concerns over her son’s well-being. She pleaded with Natasha Osawaru to free her son, claiming that the singer might not be acting in his right mind. Rose Idibia also called on the lawmaker to remove the “beads” she had placed on 2Face, suggesting they might be influencing his behavior.
